What is FEMM?

FEMM is a science-backed approach to understanding hormones and signs of healthy hormones while tracking cycle biomarkers. It can be used to, most importantly, chart your bio-markers that reflect vital hormones estrogen and progesterone. Using cervical mucus and LH tests, women will identify the phases of their cycle: menstruation, preovulatory phase, ovulatory phase, and post ovulatory phase.
