FACTS ABOUT FERTILITY is a collective of healthcare professionals whose mission is to treat women with dignity as they walk through the reproductive continuum. This group of physicians aim to provide restorative reproductive medicine that discovers and treats the root cause. It also has a program for medical students to learn about fertility awareness methods.

FEMM explains the interplay of hormones, how to track them, and connects readers with a teacher and FEMM physician. Research is currently conducted with the Reproductive Health Research Institute, spearheaded by Dr. Emil Steinberger, who is often coined "The Father of Estrogen," and was the first to document the course of estrogen in a woman's cycle.

What is FABM, FAM, NFP, FE? The acronyms explained.
You may find these acronyms are used interchangeably. They're rooted in the term NFP, or natural family planning, which was the phrase used for decades among a small circle of women. As natural approaches to reproductive health gain interest among women across all walks of life, additional synonymous terms have been coined.
FABM - fertility awareness-based method
NFP- natural family planning
FAM- fertility awareness method
FE- fertility education
These phrases are all focused on understanding the signs of hormones, which reflect the state of fertility. In addition to tracking cycles, they are also used to manage health and hormones, for all stages of the reproductive continuum, from the onset of fertility through perimenopause. Their goal is always to avoid synthetic hormones or practices that damage a woman's reproductive health.
